Wednesday, 9th September at 17:00 – the cove at Skúlaskeið 

Take a moment to pause and nourish your body and mind in the beautiful surroundings of Hellisgerði, as Kristjana Jökumsen from Hugur í hjarta guides participants through a relaxing Happy Yoga Nidra during the Happy Days in Hafnarfjörður. 

Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique that helps the body and mind to release tension, reduce stress and renew energy. With gentle guidance, participants are given the opportunity to relax, still the mind and connect more deeply with themselves in a cosy and relaxing environment. 

No experience is necessary and everyone is welcome to take part, whether they practise yoga regularly or are trying it for the first time. It is a good idea to wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat, pillow and blanket to make the experience as cosy as possible. 

• Yoga Nidra will also be offered in Hellisgerði: on Saturday. 12 September at 12 o'clock and on Saturday 26 September 12 o'clock.
