Tinna and Margrét from the 'Glad You' – Play Course lead a Happiness Sea Bath at Langeyramalir in collaboration with the Healthy City of Hafnarfjörður.

The sea bath and the social gathering have the single good purpose of boosting energy and well-being naturally by stepping outside one's comfort zone and thereby increasing the production of feel-good hormones.. 

Hafnarfjörður Swimming Pool offers sea bathers the use of the changing rooms and/or the pool and hot tubs free of charge after their sea bath.
