Tinna and Margrét from 'Glad Your Day' – a play course in collaboration with the Healthy Town of Hafnarfjörður – are leading a Happiness Sea Bath at Langeyrarvogar. The sea bath and the gathering have the single good purpose of boosting energy and well-being naturally by stepping outside one's comfort zone and thereby increasing the production of feel-good hormones. Steam will be available on-site, and guests can warm up in a steam sauna in a caravan between sea bathing sessions. Hafnarfjörður Swimming Pool offers sea bathers the use of the changing rooms and/or the pool and hot tubs free of charge after their sea bath.
