Happiness Sea Bath with a Joyer at Langeyrarmalir

Open at Herjólfsgufan from 5 pm – 7 pm If there are so many participants that the steam room fills up, groups will be changed approximately every 15 minutes.

Tinna and Margrét from the 'Glad You' – Play Course lead the Happiness Sea Bath at Langeyramalir in collaboration with the Wellness Town of Hafnarfjörður. 

The sea bath and the social gathering have the single good purpose of boosting energy and well-being naturally by stepping outside one's comfort zone and thereby increasing the production of feel-good hormones..
