A nourishing experience combining sleep education, meditation and the deep relaxation of yoga nidra.
Dr Erla Björnsdóttir and Inga Rún Björnsdóttir, psychologists, sleep consultants and yoga nidra teachers at Betri Svefn and SheSleep, will lead the event.
We will start the event with a short, grounding outdoor meditation by the small pond outside Hafnarborg, before moving inside where Erla will educate participants about sleep and offer some top tips. Inga Rún will then lead a yoga nidra deep relaxation, a very powerful tool for activating the body's parasympathetic system and supporting better sleep and well-being.
Please note. Participants need to bring their own yoga mats, cushions and blankets.
