Comprehensive health promotion for 65+ in Hafnarfjörður 

An information meeting will be held by Janus Health Promotion about the Multifaceted Health Promotion Programme in Hafnarfjörður for the new year 2025 for residents of Hafnarfjörður aged 65 and over, on Thursday 30 January at 14:30. The information meeting will be held in the hall of the Association of Older Citizens in Hafnarfjörður.

Janus Guðlaugsson, PhD, sports and health scientist, reviews the project, presents its benefits and new measurement results from participants from 2017 to 2024, which he recently presented at Læknadagar.
