May the Force be with you all in May!
As before, we celebrate Star Wars Day on the Saturday closest to the fourth of May, and now there will be life and vibrancy at Hafnarfjörður Library!
We're getting some brilliant guests, but everyone's favourite bad guys, The Emperor's 501st Legion, will be in the area (and the heroes in The Lightsaber Association to fight them, of course!) and who knows, Blackhead himself might even drop by!
All the kids get a badge (while stocks last). We're going to craft and have fun, show how to make stormtrooper armour, have treasure hunts and all sorts of entertainment for everyone, from all over the galaxy!
We encourage everyone to come in fancy dress!

Programme in broad outline:

13:00 – The 501st Legion and the Jedi Knights' Guild will be attending and putting on a display. Badges will be distributed to children while stocks last.
13:30 – Star Wars Story Time
2pm – Exhibition bout from the Laser Sword Association
14:30 – Filming with the platoon outside
