Saturday 16 March, 1 pm - 3 pm We invite children and families to come and take part in creative play workshop where cardboard boxes, sheets, yoga mats and cushions will take centre stage. The workshop is then held in connection with the exhibition by Þór Sigurþórsson, Reference, which is currently on display at Hafnarborg.
In the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to let their creativity and imagination run wild. They can build and arrange a cosy space or create a sculptural artwork using various methods, with each structure having its own unique shape and outcome. All materials will be provided.
The workshop takes place in the Pharmacy on the first floor of the museum, and children are advised to be accompanied by an adult. As usual, participation in the art workshops is free of charge for visitors, as is admission to the museum's exhibitions. You are very welcome.
