On Museum Night, Friday, 3 February at 6 p.m., will Sunna Gunnlaugs Trio, a pianist, will appear at the first Síðdegistónar concert in Hafnarborg in 2023. The trio, in addition to Sunna, consists of Þorgrímur Jónsson on double bass and Scott McLemore on drums, and together they will perform a selection of songs from their albums alongside new material. In recent years, the trio has performed widely both at home and abroad, where they have attracted attention for their unique blend of the lyrical European sound world and the American jazz tradition.

The concert lasts for about an hour and is free of charge.

The concert series is sponsored by the City of Hafnarfjörður, the Rannís Music Fund and the FÍH Cultural Fund.
