Sunnudaginn 5. október kl. 14:30 offers Tonal gold in collaboration with Hafnarborg multilingual music workshop for families with young children (0-4 years old). In this workshop, both children and parents will have fun singing songs and rhymes, moving and playing with colourful cloths, as well as playing various small instruments specially chosen for this age group. The aim of the workshop is to promote joy and well-being through music and movement, for both children and parents.

The course material itself was developed by Helga Rut Guðmundsdóttir, Professor of Music Education at the Faculty of Education, University of Iceland, and has been available continuously since 2004. Hafnarborg has been a partner of Tónagull since the spring of 2020, when regular music workshops in Polish were first offered at the museum. We would also like to draw special attention to the fact that no prior musical experience is required, nor do you need to speak Icelandic to take part in the workshop – all families, regardless of their mother tongue or cultural background, are most welcome. Tónagull is for everyone!

The guide is Natalia Duarte Jeremías.

Registration is taking place here.
