Flensburg Harbour and the Öseyrar area
14 proposals were received for the idea competition.
A total of 14 proposals were received in the open competition for ideas on the future planning of Flensborg Harbour and the Óseyrar area, organised by Hafnarfjarðarhöfn in collaboration with the Architects' Association of Iceland.
A jury, composed of three representatives from the Harbour Board and the town's Planning Council, as well as two representatives from the Architects' Association, is now reviewing the proposals. The jury's decision is expected to be announced no later than the town's 110th anniversary on 1 June this year. Alongside the award for the best proposals as judged by the jury, an exhibition will be held of all the entries submitted to the competition.
