Amendment to the Master Plan of Hafnarfjörður 2013-2025
The Hafnarfjörður Town Council, at its meeting on 19 September 2018, resolved to re-advertise the submitted proposal, dated 8 August 2018/amended 13 September 2018, for an amendment to the Hafnarfjörður 2013-2025 Master Plan, concerning the relocation of a high-voltage line at Hamranes and that the procedure shall be in accordance with Section 31 of the Planning Act no. 123/2010.
Amendment to the Master Plan of Hafnarfjörður 2013-2025
The Hafnarfjörður Town Council approved the proposed plan, dated 08.08.2018/amended 14.9.2018, to amend the Master Plan of Hafnarfjörður 2013-2025 and for the matter to be processed in accordance with Article 31 of the Planning Act 123/2010. The amendment consists of making the provisions for the South Harbour, a harbour area (land use category H), more detailed.
Change to the detailed plan for Suðurhöfn, Hafnarfjörður – Fornubúðir 5
At its meeting on 19 September 2018, the Hafnarfjörður Town Council approved the submitted proposal, dated 10 August 2018/revised. 13.09.2018, to an amendment to the detailed plan for Suðurhöfn in Hafnarfjörður, concerning the plot at Fornubúðir 5. It was also agreed that the procedure shall be in accordance with Section 41 of the Planning Act 123/2010. The amendment to the detailed plan consists of a change in wording in the explanatory statement to align with an amendment to the explanatory statement of the Master Plan for Hafnarfjörður 2013-2025, and the amendments to both the Master Plan and the detailed plan are being advertised concurrently, see 2. paragraph 2 of Article 41 of the Planning Act 123/2010.
The proposals will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Customer Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Norðurhellu 2, from 23 October to 4 December 2018. Further information is available from the Environmental and Planning Service.
Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the proposals, which should be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfjörður Municipality no later than 04.12.2018.
