Hafnarfjörður's Artist in Residence 2022
On the last day of winter, Wednesday 20th April, the City of Hafnarfjörður will appoint its Artist in Residence for 2022. Applications or substantiated recommendations are invited, which the Cultural and Tourism Committee will consider when making its selection.
On the last day of winter, Wednesday 20th April, the City of Hafnarfjörður will appoint its Artist in Residence for 2022. Applications or substantiated recommendations are invited, which the Cultural and Tourism Committee will consider when making its selection. Friðrik Dór Jónsson was the Artist in Residence of Hafnarfjörður in 2021.
Only artists with a permanent residence in Hafnarfjörður are considered for allocation, based on their registered address for the last 12 months. Applications and suggestions should be submitted to online form on the Hafnarfjörður website or at Hafnarfjörður Town Hall marked:

The 2022 Artist in Residence of Hafnarfjörður receives 1.5 million krónur.
The deadline for nominations is 1 February 2022.
