The review of the harbour fund will be more extensive than was planned in the previously approved operational review of Hafnarfjörður municipality's institutions.
The findings will be taken into account when formulating future policy for the harbour, with consideration given to factors such as cost-effectiveness, potential synergies with ports in the Faxaflói area, growth potential, and improved customer service.
