Zoning amendment
The Planning and Building Officer of Hafnarfjörður approved at their meeting on 6 November. 2019, to subject to a local consultation a proposal for an amendment to the detailed plan for Hellnahraun Phase 1, concerning the plot at Rauðhellu 2 in Hafnarfjörður, in accordance with the 2nd paragraph of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010.
The change consists of extending the building plot and adding a new driveway to the northern part of the plot. In all other respects, the existing conditions for the area will continue to apply.
The detailed plan will be subject to local consultation from 13 December 2019 to 13 January 2020.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment, which must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of Hafnarfjörður no later than 13 January 2020.
