The library
Hafnarfjörður Library Offers a wide range of services and facilities for reading, meetings and courses. These include a podcast studio and an internet café with access to a printer, Wi-Fi and photocopying.
Collaboration with other libraries
Hafnarfjörður Library is in partnership with other libraries in the capital region. A library card from one library works at all the others!
- Library items from the libraries in Hafnarfjörður, Garðabær, Kópavogur and Álftanes can be returned to any of these libraries.
- Materials from the City Library and the libraries in Mosfellsbær and Seltjarnarnes must be returned to the relevant library.
