Building permit refused
If an application is refused because the development does not comply with the provisions of legislation, regulations, planning documents and other relevant matters, the applicant may appeal the decision to the Environmental and Resource Appeals Board, which operates under the Act No. 130/2011.
Registration of a building supervisor
If the building supervisor withdraws from the project, the registrations of all tradesmen are also cancelled.
