Presentation meeting Planning description for the amendment to the Master Plan of Hafnarfjörður 2013–2025. Plot IB2, Hraun-West (GjóturIt will be held at Norðurhellu 2 on Thursday 19 March 2020 from 5 pm to 6 pm. In light of the circumstances, the meeting is being streamed live on the City of Hafnarfjörður's website and Facebook page, and attendees are encouraged to watch the stream rather than attend in person.

Planning statement for the amendment to the 2013-2025 Master Plan of Hafnarfjörður

The amendment to the master plan concerns a 10-hectare site in Hraunabær West, which is bounded by Flatahraun, Hjallahraun, Reykjavikurvegur and the AT1 industrial area to the west. The site is designated as IB2 in the 2013-2025 Master Plan for Hafnarfjörður. The amendment to the master plan consists of changing the land use of the site from residential area ÍB2 to central area M4.
