Hafnarfjarðarbær óskar eftir að ráða öfluga sumarstarfsmenn í lærdómsríkt starf við þjónustu á heimili fatlaðs fólks. Unnið er eftir hugmyndafræði þjónandi leiðsagnar, með áherslu á að íbúum líði sem best.

Spennandi og skemmtilegt starf, með fjölbreyttum verkefnum í vaktavinnu. Um er að ræða   70%-100% starf eða eftir samkomulagi og þarf viðkomandi að geta unnið morgun-, kvöld-, nætur og helgarvaktir.  

Key responsibilities and duties:

• Providing service users with support with activities of daily living
• Adhere to service plans and procedures
• Encourage residents to participate in the community and in leisure activities.
• Have fun at work and be a role model for others
• Doing the housework
• Communication with various service providers
• Other duties as described in the job description

Educational and competency requirements:

• Experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Interest in the affairs of disabled people
• Íslenskukunnátta skilyrði, A2 tungumálastaðall ETM sjálsmatsrammi (coe.int) 
• Service-mindedness and positivity at work
• Interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills 
• Driving licence a condition  
• Access to a vehicle is a condition
• Independent working methods and flexibility in work
• Physical ability to carry out tasks in the workplace 

It is desirable to be 20 years of age, but a clean criminal record is a requirement.
