Christmas begins in Hafnarfjörður tomorrow.

every weekend during Advent from 1 pm to 6 pm, and the atmosphere this year will be exceptionally cosy
cosy yet at the same time unassuming. In light of the circumstances and restrictions, there will be no organised programme by the Christmas village this Advent.

restaurants near the village. Santa's helpers come to visit on Saturdays and
Grýla will be wandering around town on Sundays to check if everyone is
not observing social distancing, wearing face masks and diligent about sanitising and
wash hands.
