Reason is considered to reiterate that The current restrictions on gatherings and school activities are in place until 4 May. An announcement is in preparation regarding exactly how the restrictions will be eased from 4th May. A basic framework has already been published, which gives some idea of the relaxations in May, but it is expected that plans and a more detailed outline will be available by the end of this month. It is very important that the public works together to reduce the number of people in their social networks who meet outside of working hours. This also applies to children and young people and their time outside of school, so as not to undermine the measures that have been taken to reduce the risk of group transmission.
