There are ten general instalment dates for property taxes in 2016. The first instalment is on 15 January 2016, and thereafter on the 1st of each month from March to November. The final instalment is due 30 days later. The due date for property taxes of less than 25,000 kr. is 1 February 2016. For property taxes levied on new properties in 2016, there will be the same number of instalments as the remaining general instalments for the year when the levy is made.
