A unique plot of land for a small detached house at 54a Hringbraut is now for sale. It was previously Kaldárstígur, but a plot, number 53a, was created on its lower part on Suðurgata. The plot is designated for a prefabricated house. It is permitted to excavate and/or cast a basement for such a house; the floor level is to be determined on the site plan. The maximum size of the house is 100 m², in accordance with the local plan.
The deadline for tenders is 20 August 2025.
The plot is being applied for on my pages at hafnarfjordur.is. A minimum price has been set for the plot, based on a maximum buildable area of 100 m², which is kr. 10,337,300. Offers below the minimum price will be considered invalid.
Offers for a plot, together with all accompanying documents as defined in the general regulations on the allocation of plots and the sale of building rights, must be received by 13:00 on Wednesday, 20 August at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 8-10.
