Plots for sale in Skarðshlíð

Hafnarfjörður is advertising plots for individuals and legal entities in a family-friendly residential area in Skarðshlíð. The planning and design place a strong emphasis on a holistic vision, sustainable planning, a green appearance and varied outdoor spaces. The area is located south and west of Ásfjall and is a sheltered area surrounded by immense natural beauty. 

Plots for detached houses, semi-detached houses, terraced houses, duplexes and family homes are available for individuals and legal entities. Individuals are given priority for the allocation of detached and semi-detached house plots. Two or more individuals must apply jointly for plots intended for more than one dwelling. Married couples and cohabiting partners are considered a single individual.

The application for a plot of land will be considered at the next council meeting once all supporting documents have been received.

Tenders are invited from legal entities for a plot of land for a 32-unit block of flats at Hraunskarð 2. A minimum price has been set for the plot, and tenders below this amount will be considered invalid.  Offers for the plot, together with all supporting documents, must be received by 10 a.m. on Monday 19 November. The offers will be opened at the same time on the same day. Offers for the plot will be considered at the council's meeting on Thursday 22 November.
