  1. Part A of building permits

    • 2111417 – Óseyrarbraut 26b, building permit

      On 18 November 2021, KLINKA ehf. applied for a permit to build a steel-framed building with offices, in accordance with drawings by Þorleifur Eggertsson dated 16 November 2021.
      New drawings were received on 2 December 2021.

      The building control officer approves the application in accordance with the Buildings Act No. 160/2010.

      On 13 October 2021, VR-5 ehf. submitted as-built drawings for alterations to the internal layout and balconies, prepared by Kristinn Þorsteinsson, dated October 2021.

      The building control officer approves the application in accordance with the Buildings Act No. 160/2010.

      On 13 December 2021, Snorri Sigurðsson submitted drawings relating to a plot of land.
