  A notice from HS Orka hf, dated 29 September 2009, is presented, announcing that the company has received three notifications of share sales. Shareholders must notify the company, by the specified deadlines, whether they are waiving their pre-emption rights.

• 0905059 – Interim Report 2009

  The Finance Director presented the 6-month operating results for the municipal fund and its institutions.

  The Town Council requests an overview of the total impact of land sales on the council's operations, including payments and loss of income from investment in land.;

• 0901122 – Borrowing powers of the municipal fund 2009

  The Finance Director outlined the proposed debt changes.

  The Town Council, by a majority of 3 votes, agrees to authorise the Finance Manager to mortgage the property at 31 Strandgata, Strandgata 53 and Sólvangsveg 2 for debt restructuring of loans with LSS and LsRb, subject to a maximum loan-to-value ratio of 351%, for specific assets, pursuant to the Act on Pension Funds. Furthermore, the mortgage authorisation on the plots is cancelled in respect of this debt conversion.;

• 0910593 – 29 Norðurbraut, renewal of lease agreement

  The Planning and Building Department is proposing a new lease agreement for the plot at 29 Norðurbraut due to a discrepancy in the recorded layout and size of the plot.

  The Town Council approves the draft lease agreement for the plot of land at 29 Norðurbraut.;

Applications

• 0907058 – Ljosaberg 32, plot extension

  A renewed application from Ólafur Jóhann Ólafsson and Sigríður Einarsdóttir, dated 15 April, is presented, requesting a plot extension due to changes to the access. The planning and building officer has approved the application for his part following local consultation.

  The Town Council agrees to recommend to the Municipal Council:“The Hafnarfjörður Town Council approves the allocation to Ólafur Jóhann Ólafsson and Sigríður Einarsdóttir of an extension to the plot at Ljósaberg 32, in accordance with the available documentation and the further conditions of the Town Planner and Building Inspector.“

• 0910265 – Ishelli 5a and b, enquiry about the plot

  A submission from Blendis ehf, dated 30 September 2009, has been received, requesting that the aforementioned plots be reallocated to the company and the pricing reviewed.
