  A letter from the National Association of Fire and Rescue Services was presented, requesting a financial contribution for the 2009 Fire Prevention Campaign.

  The matter was referred to the joint processing of grant applications.;

  A letter from the Welfare Watch was presented, urging that students' dietary needs be monitored.

  A letter from the Ministry of Education was presented, encouraging schools, other educational institutions and stakeholders to raise awareness of European Day of Languages on 26 September.
