The Environment and Operations Board authorises the tendering of repairs to the outfall's piles. The tender will be split into two parts: one for the pile repairs and one for a service contract for pile maintenance.

The comments made by residents of Breiðvang regarding the bus route network should be taken into account, and it is proposed that the network be reviewed in light of those comments. It is suggested that a consultation meeting be held to reach an acceptable solution.

A minutes of the Planning and Building Committee of 4 May 2012 was presented, in which the Planning and Building Committee instructs the Department of Planning and Building, in conjunction with the Department of Environment and Operations, to propose an implementation of the design and installation of general information signs in industrial estates.
The Environment and Operations Committee endorses the resolution and refers it to the department.
