  A proposal from the health centres in Hafnarfjörður, dated 11 September, regarding a possible involvement by the social services in providing social services in the evenings and at weekends to those clients of home nursing who require it.

  The Family Council expresses its satisfaction with the increased cooperation and instructs the Head of Department to follow up on the matter.

  A copy of the mayor's letter to the Minister of Health, dated 19 September, was presented, in which he requests that formal talks be initiated regarding the integration and management of the services for the elderly in Hafnarfjörður provided by the state and the municipality.

  A report from the Manpower Bureau on the employment situation in August 2007 was presented.
