The Chairman of the Harbour Board reported on his and the Harbour Master's meeting with the representatives of Olíudreifing ehf, namely Herði Gunnarsson, Managing Director, and Auður Harðardóttir, Finance Director.
The Harbour Board resolves to recommend to the Hafnarfjörður Town Council that it authorise Olíudreifing ehf to return the plot at Óseyrarbraut 25.

The Harbour Board agrees to propose to the Town Council that a new regulation for the Port of Hafnarfjörður be enacted, in accordance with the attached draft.

A submission from Gylfi Matthíasson, Uppfylling, regarding works on the plot at Hvaleyrarbraut 28, concerning leaks onto the plot.
The Harbour Board does not agree to Uppfyllingar's demand, but places great emphasis on the fact that the culvert pipes causing the problem are repaired.
