    • 0712118 – Operations, Integration

      Ása Karín Hólm from Capacent presents a report dated January regarding the integration of the Operations Department.

      The Executive Committee thanks you for the presentation.;

    • 1001038 – Operations Department, Fee Schedule 2010

      The Service Charges Schedule for the Operations Department for 2010 was presented.

      The Executive Council approves the tariff for its part with 3 votes, the representatives of the Independence Party abstain. The tariff takes into account index-linked increases. The Executive Council refers the tariff to the Town Council.

  • 0803156 – Mowing in Hafnarfjörður 2008-2010, contract

    Email from Draumagarðar dated 4 January 2010 was presented, requesting an extension of the contract for mowing in Hafnarfjörður. A report from the Operations Department dated 5 January 2010 was presented.

    The Executive Board concurs with the recommendation of the Executive Department, which proposes that the contractor renew the contract at the end of the contract period.;

  • 1001117 – Water export of Baliqa

    A letter of intent was presented on the matter.

    The Executive Council authorises the Executive Department to proceed with the matter on the basis of the letter of intent presented at the meeting.;

  • 0909032 – 2010 municipal budget and three-year plan 2011-2013

    The minutes of the FH Building Committee meeting concerning Kaplakriki No. 63 were presented. The request from the town council and the opinions of the Fasteignafélag Hafnarfjarðar, Ris and the Main Board of FH were presented.

    Sigurður Haraldsson leaves the meeting and Erlendur Árni Hjálmarsson arrives at the meeting and reports on the matter.The Executive Council requests an updated status of the works at Kaplakriki, in light of the explanatory notes from the April 2009 meeting of the Kaplakriki Building Committee. The Executive Council refers the matter to the Town Council.;
