  Bjarki Jóhannesson, planning and building officer, presented the matter. A report on quarries in the land of Hafnarfjörður, dated 14 March 2004, was also presented.

  An agreement was presented between JVJ and the City of Hafnarfjörður.

  The Operations Department has been tasked with notifying the contractor that the contract will not be renewed.

  The Operations Department presented a draft of the regulations, postponed until the next meeting.;

• 0701027 – Outfall from the pumping and treatment station to Hraunsvík

  A report from Fjarhitun dated 7 November 2008 on the failure of the lining on a sewer pipe was presented, as was the minutes.

• 0701055 – Social rental flats

  Guðbjörn Ólafsson attends the meeting and reports on the purchase of flats for the social system.

  Guðbjörn Ólafsson reported on the status of the matter; in total, 11 flats were purchased during the year.

• 0811138 – 2 Lækjargata, Dvergur - Agreement on the use of the premises.

  A letter from the Property Association to Nýsi is presented, and the director reports on communications with Nýsi.

  A report was submitted regarding the use of the top floor of the building.
