Part A of building permits

• 1111115 – Selhella 11, change to building permit

  On 09.11.11, 11-13 ehf submit a change to the drawings. Fittings on the 2nd floor and the external doors have also been removed, in accordance with the drawings by Gunnar Rósikranz dated 22.08.11, amended on 08.11.11.

  The Planning and Building Officer approves the building plans in accordance with Article 11 of the Building Act no. 160/2010. A building permit will be issued once the conditions of paragraphs 1-4 of Article 13 of the Building Act have been fulfilled:$line$1. The structure and its use comply with the area's planning schemes. 2. The main and specialist drawings have been reviewed and the licensing authority has endorsed them to confirm approval. 3. Building permit fees and other required charges have been paid, such as the road construction fee in accordance with the provisions of the Road Construction Fee Act, and the parking fee or fee for planning work in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act, or an agreement has been made for their payment. However, fees that are not due for payment until the building permit is issued are excluded.$line$ 4. The building supervisor has signed a declaration of their responsibility and submitted to the licensing authority the signed declarations of responsibility of the tradesmen who will be responsible for individual parts of the work.

• 1111184 – Kvistavellir 27, amendment to building permit

  On 15.11.11, Ólafur Guðlaugsson applies to alter doors and windows in accordance with drawings by Kristinn Ragnarsson dated 14.05.07, amended on 10.11.11.

  The Planning and Building Officer approves the building plans in accordance with Article 11 of the Building Act no. 160/2010. A building permit will be issued once the conditions of paragraphs 1-4 of Article 13 of the Building Act have been fulfilled:$line$1. • 1111182 – Dragonvelli 9, working drawings

  The matter was approved in August, but test drawings are now being submitted. The drawings are signed off by the Fire Service and the Health Service. Test drawings submitted on 15 November 2011.

  The Planning and Building Officer approves the application in accordance with Article 11 of the Buildings Act no. 160/2010.

• 1111114 – Sléttahlíð F2, test drawings

  Helgi Laxdal submits test drawings of Sléttuhlíð F2 on 08.11.11, in accordance with the drawings by Sigurður H. Ólafsson dated 24.08.11.

  The Planning and Building Officer approves the application in accordance with Article 11 of the Buildings Act no. 160/2010.

• 1109334 – Miðvangur 155, alteration to previously approved drawings

  Sigurleifur Kristjánsson applies on 26.09.11 for a change to previously approved plans. Sunroom removed, sun deck enlarged, registration table changed. According to drawings by Sigurþór Aðalsteinsson dated 15.09.11. New drawings were received on 07.10.2011. Drawings with neighbours' consent were received on 10.11.11.

  The Planning and Building Officer approves the application in accordance with Article 11 of the Buildings Act no. 160/2010.

Part B: Organisational Matters

• 1111123 – Hjallabraut 55, enquiry

  Hjallastefnan ehf submitted an enquiry on 09.11.11 to build a service building adjacent to the classrooms, in accordance with drawings by Kjartan Sigurðsson.

  The Planning and Building Officer refers the matter to the Planning and Building Committee.

• 1111024 – Hvaleyrarbraut 35. Property plot 0202 divided into two parts.

  On 01.11.2011, Okt ehf applies for a licence to split ownership share 0202 into two shares, 0203 and 0204. Also, alterations to the toilet, mezzanine and partition walls, in accordance with drawings by Sveinn Ívarsson, VAT no. 130254-7649.
