In this delightful interview, it is abundantly clear that Hildur Arna is a teacher by passion. She is a naturalist and teaches science. For a teacher like this, it is wonderful to work at Skarðshlíðarskóli, which is within walking distance of nature. Hildur thought she wanted to be an engineer, but walked out of a structural engineering class and went to see the careers advisor. That's where her fate was sealed; she began her teacher training and has no regrets.
