Neighbourhood notice – Gullhella 1
The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður approved at its meeting on 20 February 2017 to give local notice of a change to the detailed plan for Phase 1 of Kapelluhraun, concerning the plot Gullhellu 1. Written comments are requested by 31 July 2017.

The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður approved at its meeting on 20 February 2017 to subject to a local notification a change to the detailed plan for Phase 1 of Kapelluhraun, concerning the plot at Gullhellu 1, with reference to section 2. subsection 43 of the Planning Act no. 123/2010.
The zoning amendment consists of an extension of the plot's building envelope, as shown on the attached proposal plan. The zoning amendment will be subject to a local consultation from 3 to 31 July 2017.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment and these must be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of the City of Hafnarfjörður., no later than 31 July 2017. Those who do not object to the change within the specified deadline are deemed to have accepted it.
