Neighbourhood consultation – 29 Óseyrarbraut
A local consultation is being held regarding a change to the detailed plan for the plot at 29 Óseyrarbraut. The change consists of extending the building envelope, marked B, on plot no. 29 at Óseyrarbraut, by 16.3m to the east. The planning application will be subject to a local consultation from 10 May to 7 June 2017.
Change to the detailed plan for the plot at Óseyrarbraut 29 in Hafnarfjörður
The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður approved on

Neighbourhood consultation on the planning permission amendment for the site at Óseyrarbraut 29 in
Hafnarfjörður in accordance with Article 44 of the Planning Act
No. 123/2010.
The change consists of a building plot, marked B on the plot
No. 29 at Óseyrarbraut, is extended eastwards by 16.3m, as shown on
accompanied by a proposal/plan. The outline planning amendment will be subject to local consultation from 10 May.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity
objections to the amendment must be made and submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Services of the City of Hafnarfjörður, no later than 7 June 2017. Those who do not lodge an objection to the amendment within the specified
