a developed smart app that home care staff use to
increase the security of the service, facilitate flexibility in the service, optimisation and
increases the quality of the service. The Family Service took part in a pilot project on
the use of the system last year and the results were considered so good that it was decided to
enter into an agreement for the continued use of the system.
