Agreement signed for the first flats in Hamranes

Construction of 148 flats Bjarg Housing Association Three blocks of flats at Nónhamar and Hringhamar in Hamranesi, Hafnarfjörður, are progressing well. One of Bjarg's greatest developments

The development of Bjarg Housing Society in Hamranes is based on an agreement with the City of Hafnarfjörður under the General Housing Act, but the City of Hafnarfjörður contributed 12% of the flats' initial capital value, or approximately 550 million krónur. From the outset, it was planned that nine flats in the buildings would be allocated to the city's social housing scheme.
