Nutritional Agreement and Standardised Menus
Kindergartens in Hafnarfjörður now operate under a new nutritional charter and cook from standardised menus. Work on the project has been underway for some time, and its implementation within the nurseries began around the last month. The outcome is based on extensive analysis, nutritional calculations, collaboration and consultation with relevant parties, as well as feedback from pupils and staff.
