Hafnarfjörður Municipality is seeking a summer operator for the small house in Hellisgerði. It is approximately 20 square metres and was built in 1905. It has toilet facilities and more. The building will be leased to the operator in its current condition, and a contract will be drawn up from 1 June to 31 August 2025 for the tenant's use. Emphasis is placed on ensuring that the activity in the building aligns with the municipality's strategy to increase the town's appeal to tourists.
The landlord needs access to the house's basement and toilets for the staff's summer work. The premises shall be open on all weekdays between 10:00 and 16:00 from 1 June to 31 August at a minimum. During this period, the tenant shall be on-site conducting their activities, and access to the town's public toilets shall be guaranteed.
