The City of Hafnarfjörður invites tenders from legal entities for the plots at Hlíðarbraut 10, 12, 14 and 16 in Hafnarfjörður. A single bid is requested for all the plots. The plots are in a well-established and family-friendly location in the South Town of Hafnarfjörður, a short distance from the St. Jó. Wellbeing Centre and the South Town Swimming Pool. The location is unique, just a stone's throw from the heart of Hafnarfjörður and close to all shops, services and cultural amenities. The plots allow for the construction of six dwellings.
- 10 and 12 Hlíðarbraut are plots for detached houses. The permitted building size is 235 m² per house.
- 14 and 16 Hlíðarbraut are semi-detached house plots. The permitted building size is 335 m² per house (two flats in a house).
The plots are already buildable. Special consideration must be given to the fact that the works are taking place in an established neighbourhood. Bidders are encouraged to familiarise themselves thoroughly with the plot's detailed development plan and its annex. The deadline for tenders is 11 a.m. on Friday, 11 November 2022.
You can apply for a plot on My Pages at hafnarfjordur.is. A minimum price of kr. kr. 91,429,094 has been set for the plots, based on the BVT in October 2022. Bids below the reserve price will be considered invalid. Bids for a plot, together with all supporting documents, must be received by 11 a.m. on Friday, 11 November 2022. Bids will be opened at Hafnarfjörður Town Hall as soon as the bidding deadline has passed.
