Öldutún 4

The Hafnarfjörður Town Council, on behalf of the Town Assembly, approved at its meeting on 4 July. to advertise a proposal for a revised detailed plan for the plot at Öldutún 4 in accordance with section 1 of article 43 of the Planning Act no. 123/2010 and to simultaneously give local notice of the proposal pursuant to 2nd paragraph of Article 44 of Planning Act No. 123/2010.

The proposal involves increasing the building envelope of the garage from 35 m2 to 45.2 m2 and its height
increased from 3.2 m to 3.5 m. 

The changes are advertised and subject to local consultation from 16.07. –
27.08.2019. The proposals will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Service, Norðurhellu 2. The proposal can also be viewed here:

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on
the change and shall be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Service
Hafnarfjörður, no later than 27 August.
