Online booking
You can now book a meeting with the Mayor, Valdimar Víðisson, online. A button has been added to the homepage of the town's website. This shortens response times and saves time. However, as before, you can also telephone to book an appointment.
At the bottom of the plague flat, there is a button where you can book a conversation with the mayor.

The drop-in sessions are every Tuesday from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. Those of you who would prefer to ring, please call 585-5506 to book an appointment.
All interested parties are encouraged to take this opportunity to have a good and meaningful chat with the mayor about the council's services and matters concerning the town and its residents.
Valdimar has also regularly invited people for coffee at Thorsplan, where they can talk to him about whatever is on their minds regarding the town. There is no age requirement or need to discuss a specific issue. Everyone is welcome with whatever is on their mind. The next meeting is on Thursday, 13th November, between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.
