The Hafnarfjörður Town Council approved the publication of a proposal for an amended detailed plan for the plot at Óseyrarbraut 24 in Hafnarfjörður at its meeting on 23 November. 2022, in accordance with Article 43, paragraph 1 of the Planning Act no. 123/2010. This concerns an amendment to the detailed plan for the South Harbour. The proposal provides for an increase in the plot's utilisation ratio, an increase in the total building volume, an increase in the maximum height of buildings, and new access routes to the plot.

The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Customer Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Department of Environment and Planning, Norðurhellu 2, from 29.11 – 10.01.2023. The data can also be viewed below.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the proposal at the email address skipulag@hafnarfjordur.is or in writing to the Customer Service at Strandgata 6 no later than 10.01.2023.
