Planning permission for the dualling of the Reykjanesbraut from Krýsuvíkurveg to Hvassahraun
In accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act No. 123/2010, the Hafnarfjörður Town Council approved an implementation permit on 27 September 2022 for the widening of the Reykjanesbraut from Krýsuvíkurveg to Hvassahraun.
The planning permission is granted in accordance with the description of the development in the planning permission application, the statement of case and the assessment report.
The implementation licence was issued on 14.10 2022 in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act and the Regulation on Development Consents No. 772 of 2012.
The Planning Authority's opinion on the environmental impact assessment is available as of today. 21.12.2021.
The conditions for the issue of the planning permission, in accordance with Article 11 of the regulations on planning permissions, have been met; that is, the grant of the planning permission has been approved by the licensing authority and the planning permission fee has been paid.
