Hamranes streets, paths, institutional plots and utilities, alteration to a plot for a mobile phone mast

The Hafnarfjörður Town Council, at its meeting on 14 September 2022, resolved to advertise in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 43 of the Planning Act.

New detailed plan for Hamranes: streets, paths, institutional plots and utilities.

The Hamraneshverfi area was designated as a development site, and each plot was planned individually by the landowners. This detailed plan shows the streets, paths, institutional plots and utility plots in the area.

Amendment to the detailed plan for the Hamranes quarry for a site for a mobile phone mast.

The proposal provides for a plot for a mobile phone mast on Hamranes. A 12-metre-high mast is proposed on a plot measuring 8 x 8 metres. Access to the plot is via a track connecting to the existing service road that leads up Hamranes.

The proposals will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Department of Environment and Planning, Norðurhellu 2, from 23 September. The proposals can also be viewed below.
