The Hafnarfjörður Town Council, at its meeting on 1 February, resolved to advertise a new detailed plan in accordance with section 1 of article 43 of the Planning Act.

New detailed plan for Hringhamar 27

The development plan provides for two five-storey blocks of flats with 48 flats to be built on the site, along with a car park and a small outbuilding. A portion of the building's ground floor, facing Hringhamar, may contain a shop and/or service that is compatible with residential development.

The proposals will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Department of Environment and Planning, Norðurhellu 2, from 9.2.2023. You can also familiarise yourself with the proposals below.
