Change to the detailed plan for Vesturbær in Hafnarfjörður, Krosseyrarvegur 3

At its meeting on 3 October 2022, the Hafnarfjörður Town Council resolved to advertise a proposal for an amendment to the detailed plan for the plot at Krosseyrarvegur 3, in accordance with section 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010. This concerns an amendment to the detailed plan for the Vesturbær area.

The proposal provides for an extension to the building footprint of 32m², an increase in on-site parking by 1 space, and an increase in gross floor area of 67.4m². The plot ratio will be 0.70.

The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Department of Environment and Planning, Norðurhellu 2, from 21.10. to 02.12.2022. The planning application can also be viewed here on the website.
