Review of the Setberg detailed plan

At its meeting on 18 January, the Hafnarfjörður Town Council approved the publication of a planning statement for the review of the Setbergs detailed plan.

The purpose of this review is to consider a comprehensive neighbourhood plan, summarise subsequent amendments to the detailed plan, and assess how to respond to contemporary changing priorities without disrupting the overall character of the neighbourhood.

The planning statement will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Department of Environment and Planning, Norðurhellu 2, from 9.3 to 6.4. You can also view the data below.

Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the planning statement at the email address skipulag@hafnarfjordur.is no later than 6.4. not known.
