At its meeting on 21 December, the Hafnarfjörður Town Council resolved to advertise the following planning matters in accordance with the Planning Act No. 123/2010:

Change to the detailed plan for the Setbergs centre area, concerning Stekkjarberg 11

The change consists of the plot being extended to accommodate 26 flats in three two-storey blocks of flats. A building area for bicycle and pram storage is also provided for.

The proposals are on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Department of Environment and Planning, Norðurhellu 2, from 29.12. You can also view the data below.
